Growing up with a rich history in the industry has definitely helped advance the company, making them one of the top companies in the state. Zach has been in the construction industry for over 10 years and grew up in a family full of Painters/Contractors. Having been born in Utah gives him a lot of connections, and pushes to maintain a 5 star reputation, leaving every customer just as happy as the last. He has grown the business from local to nationwide, developing customers in all 50 states and expanding the business to franchising in multiple states.

Luis has worked in the construction industry for nearly 15 years. Prior to becoming Partner of Painter Bros, he operated as an independent contractor. He takes great pride in the work of the company and makes sure every customer is satisfied with our level of professionalism, experience and quality of work. Luis runs the national commercial team, working with Fortune 500 companies all across the nation, ensuring quality of work never falters job to job, state to state.

Bailey’s background comes from finance and business management. Having trained hundreds of agents in sales and overseeing multiple office locations, she received the opportunity to run a model and acting agency where she not only worked and trained models and actors, but was introduced to brand management and production with national brands. Technology has always been a huge part of her life and after 2020 when entertainment took a hit, she began working in software development. All of these tools have catapulted her way into the right spot and opportunity with Painter Bros.

Norm Murdock is a results-oriented executive with a proven track record of scaling businesses, streamlining operations, and accelerating franchise growth. With over 25 years of leadership experience in the home services sector—including senior operational roles at Bath Concepts and Re-Bath—Norm brings deep industry expertise and strategic insight. He is committed to partnering with Painter Bros   franchisees to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and elevate the customer experience.

Heidi has a strong background in B2B sales and account management, having successfully managed key accounts such as UPS, Amazon, and Home Depot. She currently serves as the Onboarding Specialist at Painter Bros, where she helps new franchisees transition seamlessly into the home services industry by providing the tools, training, and support essential for long-term success.  

Stephen got his start in the painting industry in 2008 when he launched a painting franchise in Santa Monica, CA. The business was a mix of Residential and Commercial projects ranging from a front door to a 14-story high rise apartment   complex. In 2016, Stephen successfully sold that business but stayed close to the Home Services sector with a Roofing/Solar company and a Recruiting company   focused exclusively on helping service sector businesses hire key staff. Stephen joined Painter Bros in January of 2024 and works directly with our Franchisees to help them grow and prosper within the Painter Bros system.

Jake has over 20 years in accounting and finance. He has held roles from Staff Accountant to CFO across small and large businesses, nonprofits, government entities, and publicly traded companies. He holds a BS in Accounting and Finance and an MBA, with expertise in auditing, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and fractional CFO services. He has supported multiple audits, contributed to business exits—  including two in the $2–$10M range—and served as a fractional CFO at a local Provo firm prior to joining Painter Bros in April of 2024 as the CFO.
