Zach Tanner’s journey with Painter Bros began as a young painter, working job by job and learning the ins and outs of the trade firsthand. Driven by his passion for craftsmanship and a desire to create something lasting, Zach founded Painter Bros with the goal of building a company where people and relationships matter just as much as the finished product. Through his dedication to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement, he guided Painter Bros from its humble beginnings to a thriving business that has scaled across North America and stood strong for over a decade. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Luis has built his career on a foundation of hard work, attention to detail, and genuine care for his clients. Before becoming a Partner at Painter Bros, he earned his stripes as an independent contractor, developing a reputation for quality and reliability. Today, Luis supports franchisees, their teams, and Fortune 500 customers on production nationwide. He takes great pride in ensuring every project reflects the professionalism, skill, and quality that set Painter Bros apart—making certain that every client, on every job, receives the very best from start to finish.

Bailey’s career has always been fueled by curiosity and a knack for connecting people and ideas. With a foundation in financial services and business management, she began by training hundreds of sales agents and working with teams across several office locations, quickly earning a reputation for leadership and results. When the chance arose to run a model and acting agency, Bailey dove in—mentoring talent, working closely with national brands, and discovering a passion for brand management and production. Technology has been a constant thread throughout her journey, and in 2018, she began working in software. After the entertainment industry shifted in 2020, Bailey moved full time into software development, expanding her skills and impact. That pivot ultimately connected her with Painter Bros, where she now brings together her business acumen, creative vision, and technical expertise to drive growth and innovation.

Vanessa has worked several years in administrative positions for various construction trades. She manages Painter Bros commercial division insurance policies, licenses, as well as vendor relations and onboarding.

For the last several years, Nick has been working hard to maintain the PainterBros standard of excellence. Growing up in a family of craftsmen, taking pride in a job well done is something he learned at a young age. So whether a small residential job, or handling a large commercial project, you can rely on him to provide the service you need.

Kayla has been working in business administration and accounting for four years. She studied accounting and business management at Utah Valley University. Kayla is proficient in QuickBooks and uses that to clean up and organize bookkeeping.
