Richard is a lifelong Westchester County resident, entrepreneur, and retired law enforcement professional who has dedicated much of his career to serving the local community. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business and is the proud father of two daughters. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, and staying active in the community. His experience in law enforcement and business ownership has shaped his commitment to professionalism, accountability, clear communication, and treating every customer with respect.

Having lived and worked in Westchester County for decades, Richard has deep personal and professional roots throughout the area. What he values most about Westchester is its strong sense of community and the distinct character of its towns, neighborhoods, and homes. His longstanding connection to the county gives him a genuine understanding of the people, properties, and expectations of local homeowners and businesses.

After years in law enforcement and successfully operating another service-based business, he saw an opportunity with Painter Bros to bring those same values to the painting industry.
